Borneo Tree Climbing in the Danum Valley

Amazing views of the Danum Valley from a beautiful Koompassia excelsa. Borneo’s Danum Valley is home to the tallest tropical trees on earth, up to 100m tall. This tree measures 20m girth around the buttresses at 1.5m and 3.75m at 55m. It was measured at 80m by lidar in 2009.
