Arboricultural Association Approved Contractors

The ARB Approved Contractor scheme offers a recognised benchmark for arboricultural contracting throughout the UK and Ireland and is increasingly required by Local Authorities and other large commercial organisations. ARB Approved Contractor is also of benefit in the domestic sector as a quality mark assuring the client of good quality tree care undertaken safely and efficiently.

Visit the Arboricultural Association website to find out more.

CHAS Accredited Contractors

CHAS is the established market leader for health and safety pre-qualification in the UK. The scheme is available to clients (organisations looking to hire competent contractors) and to contractors who want to offer their goods and services to client organisations.

Visit the CHAS website to find out more

SMAS Accredited Contractors
Since the launch of SSIP, many Clients and Principal Contractors now adopt an SSIP approach to H&S pre-qualification and will only use contractors who hold a valid and in date certificate issued by an SSIP Member Scheme. Holding a valid SSIP Member Scheme certificate means that a contractor has demonstrated their capability by meeting the SSIP ‘core criteria’.

Visit the SMAS website to find out more.

Being part of the ACDC Register ensures that you are committed to best practice, you are joining an established accreditation body that you can trust and you are being guided and assessed to the very highest standard of quality within the industry.
